Mold Design and Technology
Lichi’s mold design team has rich experience in automotive mold design and has the professional ability to design other types of molds. Our design team holds the principle of “design is key for molds”, and pays attention to the product’s development, mold design, and communication. We strictly follow the customer’s design standard (HASCO, MEUSBURGER, DME) to make high-quality molds with less maintenance.
When the customer provides the product’s data and drawing, Lichi starts the preliminary DFM analysis based on this information. Next, Lichi provides the first mold drawing to the customer for confirmation within the specified time. After receiving approval, we formally begin the detailed mold drawing design for the project.
In terms of the mold design, Lichi uses the advanced international computer system, including CAD, NX， etc., which helps us to be in accordance with the customer’s standard completely during the process of mold design and manufacture.

Mold Flow Analysis
Lichi Engineering Center consists of more than 30 engineering and technical personnel. lts also the technical center certified by Zhejiang Province. The technical center possesses the most professional personnel for plastic injection, non-ferrous, ferrous engineering, mold structure design with software UG.PRO/E、 CIMATRON、LK/DIMS5.5、METRIS SCCAN4.2 in order to engineering, design simulation, machining, inspection to support and guarantee the quality and function the tooling we constructed.

Quality Management

Testing equipment is an indispensable means of guaranteeing the mold manufacturing process. A high-quality quality management team with precise testing equipment is the guarantee for creating high-quality molds. The quality inspection department is equipped with two high-precision three-coordinate and 3D scanners. We promise to issue a full-size report within three days after the product trial, and a 3D scan report within two days.
